Processing Time:
- Priority Orders: Orders marked as priority will be processed and shipped the following working day after the order is placed.
- Standard Orders: Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
Personalised Orders:
- Creation Time: Personalised orders, tailored to your specific requirements, will take between 7 to 10 working days to be created and prepared for shipment.
- Shipping Time: After the customisation process is complete, the order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Order Confirmation:
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and an estimated delivery date.
Shipment Tracking:
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched should it be available. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package.

Shipping Restrictions:
- Please note that as standard we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please get in touch with us at info@creedeast.com
Shipping Fees:
- Personalised items: £6.99 shipping fee for orders below £60, Free Standard delivery thereafter. We do not offer express delivery for personalised items since these items are hand made and processing time may take 7-10 days
- General items: £2.99 shipping fee for orders below £60, Free Standard delivery thereafter. Express shipping is £6.99 for general items.
